1. Can I import a BEV from China to Kazakhstan?

2. What is the EAEU conformity certificate?

It is the mandatory type-approval document for vehicles entering EAEU member states (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan). Without it, the vehicle cannot be registered.

3. Is there a vehicle age restriction?

There is no absolute ban, but recycling fees increase significantly for vehicles over 5 years old, making older imports less economical.

4. Can I re-export to Russia via Kazakhstan?
